This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Bureau of Land Management, Butte Field Office, has a requirement for the renovation of Carbella Campground and Day Use Site. The campground is located in Park County, Montana. Major items of work under this contract include: Site grading and surfacing the site road, access loops and parking areas, moving an existing toilet and placing atop of a new vault, as well as placing a new vault toilet near the boat launch area. Work also includes the placement of all camp pad accessories, topsoil and seed. The government intends to award this contract as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 237990. The corresponding small business size standard is $39.5 million. This project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around July 10, 20209 at http://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect and https://www.beta.sam.gov.
