This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Classification (NAICS) Code 238120, Structural Steel & Precast Concrete Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M. Successful vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov to be considered eligible for award. There is NO fee to register for this site. Specifications, Drawings, Maps, Clauses and Provisions are included in this document.
