This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation Number 140L3522Q0008 - HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL - BLM PARIA RIVER DISTRICT is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. This requirement is set aside for small business under NAICS code 532412 - Construction, Mining and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a size standard of $35M. Successful vendor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam/gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO Fee to register for this site.
