The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for two Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) delivered to the Price and Vernal Field Offices in Utah. The UTVs and delivery shall be in accordance with the attached specifications. This requirement is set aside for small business under NAICS code 336112 Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing which has a size standard of 1,500 employees or less. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if a contractor is technically acceptable or not. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
