FUELS PILE BURNING - Blanding East Project This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. Solicitation number 140L3522Q0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) 115310 - Fuels Management Services with a size standard of $20.5m. This project is located in near Blanding, Utah (San Juan County). Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site. The attached Statement of Work, Burn Plan, Maps, Arial Photos, DOL Wage Determination and Clauses and Provisions are incorporated in this solicitation.
