The full details are in the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is set 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 561720 Janitorial Services. In order to be a small business under this NAICS code a business must have $19.5 M or less in average annual receipts in this category. This will be a one-year contract with four option years to continue service. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
