This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140L3521Q0004 - BLM-Moab Fire Operations Center Janitorial Services is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code NAICS 561720 (Janitorial Services) with a size standard of $19.5M Gross Annual Receipts or lower. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site.
