The BLM intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Renovations (paint, flooring, siding, etc.) at the Sand Island Ranger Quarters near Bluff, Utah (San Juan County) for the BLM Monticello Field Office. This project has an estimated price range between $25,000 - $100,000. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small vendors under NAICS 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors-Building and Property Specialty Trade Services with a size standard of $16.5 million.
