This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Land Management, Canyon Country District (BLM) is seeking quotes for the purchase of a "Tiny Home" housing unit. The purchased housing unit shall be delivered to the BLM Kane Gulch Ranger Station, 37 miles west of Blanding, UT. The required specifications are listed in the attached document. The solicitation number is L140L3519Q0011 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 321992 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit proposals. The contractor shall provide delivery within 180 days after award. The Government intends to make an award to the responsible offer whose quote represents the best value to the Government using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process.
