2023 FRENCHMAN CREEK FENCE: The BLM office in North Phillips County in Montana has a requirement to remove an estimated 3.34 miles (1070 rods) of existing 3 and 4-wire barbed wire fence; remove an estimated 1.56 miles (500 rods) of temporary single strand electric fence; and construct an estimated 5.0 miles (1600 rods) of new 3-wire fence (2 barbed with bottom barbless wire). The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supplies and materials. Work under this contract is located Phillips County, MT The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued around July 17, 2023, and be completed within 111 day. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $35,000. Performance Bond is required for contracts over $150,000. Payment protection shall be due within 10 days upon notification of intent to make award. Prospective contractors shall be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database or failure to submit all required quote information as identified in the upcoming solicitation may make a quotor ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov. All questions regarding this requirement must be submitted in writing to rundlin@blm.gov at least seven business days before closing.
