NORTH DAKOTA EMPLOYEES QUARTERS ELECTRICAL PHASE II: The BLM office in Dickinson, North Dakota, has a requirement to furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials to make changes to an existing electrical distribution system at the Patterson Lake Employee Quarters Site located at 111 40th Ave Southwest, Dickinson, N.D. All specifications, requirements, drawings etc. will be included in the solicitation which is anticipated to be posted on/about January 29, 2020. Response date for the quotes will be on/about March 3, 2020. Work under this contract is located in Stark County, N.D. Work is anticipated to start around August 3, 2020. Contractor shall have 60 days from Notice to Proceed to complete the project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238210. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $250,000. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $35,000. Payment protection shall be due within 10 days upon notification of our intent to make award. Prospective contractors shall be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database or failure to submit all required quote information as identified in the upcoming solicitation may make an quotor ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.beta.sam.gov. All questions regarding this requirement must be submitted in writing to rundlin@blm.gov at least seven business days before closing. Quote packages shall be submitted electronically at www.fedconnect.net unless other arrangements are made with the Contracting Officer. An organized site tour will be offered. Date/Time will be announced in solicitation.
