This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation has been issued. Solicitation Number 140L3020Q0007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of May 1, 2020. A closure date of May 15, 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Synopsis: FAC 2020-01 . This is a simplified acquisition per FAR 13.106-1 Soliciting Competition, under NAICS 32113 in accordance with authority granted under 41 U.S.C. 2539(c).
