This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial acquisition & services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation has been issued. Solicitation Number 140L3020Q0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of April 24, 2020. A closure date of May 15, 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Synopsis: FAC 2020-01 . This is a simplified acquisition per FAR 13.106-1 Soliciting Competition, under NAICS 562112 in accordance with authority granted under 41 U.S.C. 2539(c). The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified contractors to enter a firm fixed price contract for ¿ Anthony Dam, Cleanup, Anthony, TX.¿ The Las Cruces District Office (LCDO) of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking contractor(s) in support of Mobilization of personnel and equipment to the site, Anthony Damn, located in Anthony, TX. ¿ Begin screening approximately 1100 cubic yards of illegally dumped material which consist of 750 cubic yards of general clean fill and 350 cubic yards of solid waste ¿ Clean fill will be 2¿ minus will remain on site and will be recontoured matching the existing terrain. ¿ The solid waste will be transported off site to: South Central Solid Waste Authority located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Approximately 350 cubic yards, for proper disposal with round trip mileage of 70 miles. ¿ Final site cleanup will be performed and demobilization.
