This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation has been issued. Solicitation Number 140L3019Q0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of February 12, 2019, 2019 and close date of February 22 , 2019. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-101 . This is a sole sourced acquisition per FAR 6.302-1, under NAICS 334320 in accordance with authority granted under 41 U.S.C. 2539(c). The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified contractors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for: 1). APX8500 All Band MP Mobile Radios and 2). APX 8000 All Band Portable Model 3 units.
