The solicitation will be revised to increase the period of performance and adjust the pricing schedule. The quote due date is not extended and there are no other changes to terms and conditions. A. This is a solicitation for Project # Burnt Creek Exclosure Fence Construction, Located in the UPPER PAHSIMEROI VALLEY OF CUSTER COUNTY, NEAR BURNT CREEK, APPROXIMATELY 65 ROAD MILES FROM CHALLIS, IDAHO. B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office requires construction of approximately 2,220 feet of new buck and pole fence and removal/disposal of 3,085 feet of existing four-wire fence. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See specifications and attachments for further information. C. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, September 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit including instructions to RSVP. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. D. E. The period of performance for this project is 45 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded. F. The disclosure of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(b). G. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990, size standard of $19.0 million. H. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project. I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official SAM.gov website.
