TFD FIRE SPRINKLERS AND BACKFLOW DEVICES: The Work effort includes design development and preparation of construction documents for the improvements of the existing fire sprinkler system for three buildings: Carey Fire Staff Bunkhouse, Rogerson Fire Staff Bunkhouse, and the Twin Falls Airbase. Work includes the replacement of backflow preventers, expansion tanks and fire sprinklers that are not compliant with the current code. Work under this Contract is located in Blaine and Twin Falls Counties, Idaho. Performance time is 100 calendar days. Project price range is $50,000 and $100,000. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about July 28, 2025. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238220 with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million.
