Clearing and grubbing of construction area; Roug... CEDAR POINT CAMP HOST: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a single, firm fixed-price contract. The Work consists of the following: 1. Clearing and grubbing of construction area; Rough grading, excavation (including rock excavation), placement and compaction of fill and backfill; Final grading and aggregate surfacing; Development of water well and pump house; Electrical service to the well house and host site; Septic connection and vault installation; and Installation of cabana shade structure and site furnishings. The project site is located in Cedar Point is located along the Snake River in the Milner Recreation Site in Cassia County, Burley, Idaho. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about June 3, 2024.
