Blackwell Island Lift Station and Lighting Upgrades: The Work consists of the following: Design of repairs and/or upgrades recommended by previous investigation and assessment of Blackwell Island Lift Station and controls and selected by BLM; and Design of light pole and fixture upgrades to the existing power system. Work under this Contract is located at the Blackwell Island Recreation Site, Coeur d'Alene, ID. Estimated start work date is March 1, 2024. Performance time is 115 calendar days. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about February 14, 2024. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237990 with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million.
