SHARKEY SITE MAINTENANCE: The Project consists of the following: Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct improvements to Sharkey Hot Springs as outlined in these specifications and the associated drawings. Work to include replacement of the existing concrete ADA parking pad, sidewalks, hot pool sidewalks and hot pool plaster re-surfacing. Also includes the installation of a new section of sidewalk, shade shelter concrete foundation, contractor furnished picnic tables, benches, fire ring, and ADA parking pad accessories. The Base work includes all concrete sidewalks, concrete ADA parking pad, shade shelter concrete foundation, new picnic tables, benches, and fire ring. Additive 1 includes work associated with the hot pool plaster re-surfacing. Work under this Contract is located in Lemhi County, Idaho. Project price range is $100,000 and $250,000. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about March 27, 2023. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237990.
