ROSS POINT PHASE 2: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a single, firm fixed-price contract to include Redevelopment of the Ross Point recreation site including improvements to the parking lot, walkways, picnic sites, irrigation, bank stabilization kiosks, signs, pier, floating dock and new pavilion. The project site is located in Kootenai County, Idaho. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about July 19, 2022.
