BOISE DISTRICT OFFICE RESTROOM REMODEL: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a single, firm fixed-price contract to renovate four existing restrooms located on the first and second floors of the Boise District Office in Boise, ID. The modifications will include minor demolition and new construction of interior partitions, replacement of restroom finishes, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures. The project site is located in Ada County, Idaho. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about July 12, 2021.
