POCATELLO ATB HVAC BUILDING REPLACEMENT: The Work for the Project consists of the following: Removal and disposal of the current HVAC and electrical system components in the Pocatello ATB Operations B... POCATELLO ATB HVAC BUILDING REPLACEMENT: The Work for the Project consists of the following: Removal and disposal of the current HVAC and electrical system components in the Pocatello ATB Operations Building; construction of the replacement HVAC systems and equipment, electrical and grounding, and other required elements. Work under this Contract is located in Power County, Idaho. Estimated start work date is September 1, 2021. Performance time is 180 calendar days. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about August 3, 2021. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
