PINE BAR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS: The Project consists of the following: Placing a 2-1/2" asphalt lift over an existing Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) roadway. The project also includes subgrade/base course preparation and full depth asphalt sections in select areas identified on the project drawings. Work under this Contract is located in Idaho County, Idaho. Performance time is 60 calendar days. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about August 3, 2021. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237310 with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million.
