COVE RECREATION SITE HOST CABANA: The Project consists of the following: Installation of one (1) new 20 foot x 34 foot Gable Roof Rectangular Shelter with an eave height of 13 feet and one (1) 20 foot x 36 foot x 6 inch reinforced concrete slab. Work under this Contract is located in Owyhee County, Idaho. Estimated start work date is September 6, 2021. Performance time is 180 calendar days. Project price range is $100,000 and $250,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about July 12, 2021. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237990 with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million.
