Aluminum finish ... The Project consist to provide labor and materials for the installation of 4 EnterMatic Low profile ADA operators with touchless actuators. Notes: Includes 4 new EnterMatic operators. Aluminum finish Includes 8 touchless actuators, Touchless actuators cannot be wireless. Low voltage wiring will need to be ran from operator to each actuator, Includes Install of new and removal of old door closers and disposal of old doors. Licensed Electrician to provide labor to install needed electricity for the installation of 4 new EnterMatic doors. Also, to test and replace as needed light sensors. Work under this contract is in Idaho Falls, ID. Estimated start work date is 6/15/2021. Performance time is 14 calendar days. Project price range is less than $25,000. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about 05/25/2021. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 238990 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
