PINK HOUSE IRRIGATION REPLACEMENT: The Project consists of the following: Replace entire Pink House irrigation system to provide water to areas indicated on the drawings. Install irrigation piping, drip line, emitters, automated valves, and associated controls. Replace backflow preventors and appurtenances at each connection to the potable water system. Provide compressed air quick connects for winterization of the drip irrigation system. Work under this Contract is in Clearwater County, Idaho. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2021. Performance time is 60 calendar days. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about April 26, 2021. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237110 with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million.
