BDO BLM FY21 SPRING FENCE Construction/ Removal: The Project consists of construct with Government supplied material, 4-wire fence (top and middle wires barbed and bottom wire smooth) with steel t-posts, steel pipe structures and steel rock jack structures as shown in the drawings. Repair damaged 4-wire fence with steel t-posts, and steel rock jack structures. Furnish labor and equipment to construct/repair/remove the specified typical barbed wire fence (3-wire and 4-wire). The project sites are located approximately 40 miles south of Jordan Valley Oregon, in Owyhee County Idaho. Estimated start date 5/17/2021, contract time is 79 calendar days. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about April 26, 2021. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238990 with a small business size of $16.5 Million.
