Development Ave. Boise ID 83... 2021 BDO CARPET INSTALL: The Bureau of Land Management Boise District seeks a contractor to replace portions of carpet found in the main administrative building at 3848 S. Development Ave. Boise ID 83705. The contractor is to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to move and securely store systems furniture and other office items found within the areas of work, remove the existing carpet, base, and trim, replace with new carpet, base, and trim, and replace the systems furniture and other office items to their original location. Estimated start work date is January 25, 2021. Performance time is 90 calendar days. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about December 23, 2020. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238990 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
