POLE CREEK AND WHISKEY PASTURE FENCE CONSTRUCTION: The Project consists of construct with Government supplied material, 4-wire permanent fence (top and middle wires barbed and bottom wire smooth) with steel pipe structures and steel rock jacks. Work Locations: Pole Creek Fence Construction/Repair is located approximately 40 miles south of Jordan Valley Oregon. Whiskey Allotment New Permanent Fence Construction is located approximately 15 miles west of Murphy, Idaho in Owyhee County near the historic town of Silver City. Estimated start work date is September 15, 2020. Performance time is 87 calendar days. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about August 19, 2020. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238990 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
