COUGAR BAY VAULT TOILET: The Project consists of furnishing and installing a precast concrete vault toilet at Cougar Bay Recreation Site. Work under this Contract is located in Kootenai County, Idaho.... COUGAR BAY VAULT TOILET: The Project consists of furnishing and installing a precast concrete vault toilet at Cougar Bay Recreation Site. Work under this Contract is located in Kootenai County, Idaho. Estimated start work date is September 15, 2020. Performance time is 120 calendar days. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about August 18, 2020. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237990 with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million.
