BDO WAREHOUSE MEZZANINE GATES 2020: The Project consists of Removal of Horizontally Opening Mezzanine Gates. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other items required to remove and dispose of four (4) existing mezzanine level non-OSHA compliant rail gates. Installation of Vertical Lift Safety Gates. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other items required to purchase and install four (4) OSHA compliant vertical lift safety gates with electric motors in the voids once occupied by the non-OSHA compliant rail gates. Work under this Contract is located in Ada County, Idaho. Estimated start work date is October 1, 2020. Performance time is 90 calendar days. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about August 4, 2020. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238990 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
