COTTONWOOD ASPHALT REPAIR 2020: The Project consists of: Mobilization to site, furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to remove, clear tree roots, and replace selected damaged asphalt pavement around the Cottonwood recreational site. Asphalt pavement removed from the host site RV parking pad shall be replaced with cast-in-place structural concrete. Work under this Contract is located at the BLM's Cottonwood Campground in Ellis Idaho. Project location is 15.5 miles Northeast of Challis Idaho in Custer County on Hwy 93. Estimated start work date is September 15, 2020. Performance time is 30 calendar days. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about August 18, 2020. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237310 with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million.
