Work on the Re... CANYON CREEK STATION ROOF RECONSTRUCTION. The continuation of restoration and stabilization work of Canyon Creek Station. Work will involve one structure: the Residence and Guest House. Work on the Residence and Guest House building includes, materials and labor for roof with treated wood shingles, painted boxed eaves, and rough framing for dormer windows. Work under this contract is located in Elmore County, Idaho. Estimated start work date will be in September 2020. Performance is 30 calendar days. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $35,000. Prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 238990 with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million.
