BLM has a requirement to fulfill, this is known as the North Spring Creek Fencing Project PHASE 1. Spring Creek Fire destroyed an existing BLM/Private boundary fence. This fence was located in the Paradise Acres Subdivision area. The fence serve as allotment boundaries and contain permitted livestock grazing on BLM lands identified as the West Pass Creek Allotment #05713 and is 1 mile. Last Day for questions: 9/9/2020 @ 2pm. NO questions will be answered after this time and date. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic all bids will be emailed to the Contracting Officer rgvaldez@blm.gov no other means of submission is authorized. Also, there is no one that will monitor the mail or deliveries from FedEx, UPS, Faxes, or USPS.
