BLM-CO has a priority for evaluating shooting area located in various locations on Colorado BLM Public Lands. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the assistance that the Bureau of Land Management Colorado State Office (BLM) requires in order to conduct site characterization work at a minimum of six priority shooting areas. This work will be conducted pursuant to BLM¿s authority under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq.
