BLM-CO TRFO BASIN WELL AND WATER SYSTEM
This opportunity is for fence installation at the Bureau of Land Management’s Comanche Oxbow site in Chaves County near Roswell, NM, and is restricted to C-MAC Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove an existing fence and construct approximately 1.2 miles of four-strand barbed wire fence per specifications, including vehicle access within 15 feet, minimal clearing, and equipment cleaning to prevent weed spread. Work must be completed within 30 days of Notice to Proceed, Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays, with weather-related pauses possible due to snow or snowmelt. A written work schedule, approved safety and fire plan, and OSHA-compliant PPE are required, and the contract is a firm fixed-price award based on LPTA. Davis-Bacon wage rates for Chaves County apply.
