This is a total small business set-aside solicitation for welded steel cattle guards, prepared under FAR Part 12/13 commercial procedures and in accordance with BLM-NM RPFO specifications. Delivery is required by 12/30/2026. The contract will be firm fixed price, with award based on best value after technical acceptability is met, then price. Offerors must have an active SAM registration, submit their quote in two volumes (price and technical approach/past performance), and comply with invoicing through IPP.
