This is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside for 24 prefabricated steel pavilions (10x10 square shelters) for the Bureau of Land Management. The contract will be firm-fixed-price under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures. Offerors must have active SAM.gov registration and be registered for IPP invoicing, with prompt payment at 14 days. Quotes must remain valid for at least 120 days. Past performance in SAM.gov and CPARS will be evaluated for responsibility.
