Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry-Forest Fire Suppression $34 6. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price - no changes in price. 7. Basis of Award: Price and Other Factors. The other factors are technical and past performance. Among offers determined to be technically acceptable and with satisfactory past performance on projects of similar size and scope, the deciding factor will be low price (See 52.212-2). Technical Acceptability (Go/No-Go): Must meet each minimum requirement in the Performance Work Statement. No partial credit. Delivery/Performance Schedule: Evaluated against the Government's required delivery (e.g., 30 days ARO). Earlier delivery is preferred if it does not increase risk or degrade quality. Past Performance: Assessed based on recency (within 3 years or less), relevance, and quality (e.g., CPARS, supplier performance records, references). Confidence ratings: Substantial / Satisfactory / Limited / No Confidence / Unknown (Neutral). The Government reserves the right to hold discussions.
