BLM-CO LSFO SAND WASH IMPROVEMENTS Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for LSFO SAND WASH IMPROVEMENTS The work includes, but is not limited to; furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to improve an existing parking lot, grade and place aggregate surfacing material on existing parking areas. Work also includes the installation of a precast concrete toilet building and vault, installation of kiosk, construction of ADA compliant concrete parking area, and installation of steel parking delineators, concrete wheel stops, and boulders. A pre-bid site tour will be provided on Monday June 2nd, 2025 at 1 PM local time. The project locations are near Craig, CO. From Craig, Colorado, travel west on U.S. Hwy 40 for about 30 miles. Turn right on CO-318 W and travel for about 17 miles. Turn right onto Rd 67 and the site should be to your left.
