Award Basis - Price and Other Factors Technical- Technical Capability- please provide a response data sheet/estimate showing how your products and installation services meet specifications Past experience- please provide a short description or list of your experience with outfitting emergency response vehicles Past Performance- Government shall utilize information obtained from the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (CPARS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) when evaluating the offeror's past performance. If sufficient past performance information is not available, vendor may be asked to provide contact information for past performance references. The government may, at it's discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply or service being provided, customer survey or other reasonable basis. Price- If the facility, where the work will be done, is more than 50 miles from the vehicle location, the vendor is responsible for the transportation to the facility and back to the starting location once the work is complete.
