Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM 2. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay interim invoices. 3. Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing 1,250. 6. Award of this contract will be on a Price and Other Factors basis. Technical Evaluation Criteria: 1) Technical Capability - Offerors shall submit technical quotes describing the type and specifications of the product/services, how it meets the specifications, and how it will be delivered. Technical will be graded on a scale of 'Meet' or 'Does Not Meet.' 2) Past Performance - The Government shall utilize information obtained from the Government databases (www.sam.gov and CPARS) to ensure there are no responsibility issues. If sufficient past performance information is not available, vendor may be asked to provide contact information for past performance references. The Government may, at its discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply, or service being provided, customer survey or another reasonable basis. Past performance will be graded on Acceptable or Non-Acceptable.
