(4-8) Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from Industry and extend the suspense for quotations to 0800 MDT on 9/16/2024. (1-3) The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office requests quotations for items listed in Attachment A (Price List) in support of a signage project supporting the San Luis Valley Field Office. This notice is issues pursuant to the requirements of FAR 5.203. DELIVERY: 120 DAYS ARO This is an RFQ for supply of miscellaneous signage end items for support of a youth Inflation Recovery Act project. This solicitation is anticipated to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM 2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses. 3. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay partial invoices for accepted deliveries. 4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses 5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 6. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price 7. Basis of Award: Price and Other Factors. The other factors are technical and past performance. Among offers determined to be technically acceptable and with satisfactory past performance on projects of similar size and scope, the deciding factor will be low price. 8. This is a Woman Owned Small Business Set aside pursuant to FAR 19.15. Contractors must be WOSB certified per the SBA with active certification indicated at the SBA DSBS per their UEI and as a small business under NAICS 339950, SIZE STD: 500 to be eligible for award. If a contractor is not self-certified for NAICS 339950 within SAM.gov, they may submit certifications using FAR 52.212-3 to self-certify to the NAICS by exception.
