Please review and return SF-30 with quote. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 09/01/2024-11/30/2024 This is an RFQ for supply and delivery of soil restoration pellets in accordance With Attachment 1 UFO SOIL RESTORATION PELLETS SPECIFICATIONS and the Contract Line Items. This is a supply and delivery only, no application of pellets. The pellets will be unloaded and stored in the gravel parking lot of the UFO office near the warehouse. No loading dock will be utilized. A qualified government operator will utilize a government forklift to unload the shipment from a flat-bed trailer. If shipped in any other truck, i.e. box truck the contractor must provide a pallet jack and/or a lift gate. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price - no changes in price for inflation, changing fuel costs, higher density, etc. 8. Basis of Award: Price and Other Factors. The other factors are technical and past performance. Among offers determined to be technically acceptable and with satisfactory past performance on projects of similar size and scope, the deciding factor will be low price.
