Contractor will be required to construct or improve drainage features (Approximately 22 waterbars), pull and clean out two cattle guards, clean out three 14" culverts, remove and dispose of one 14" culvert, and add eight loads of ¾" rock in select locations along a 6.2-mile route. The land is owned and managed by the Bureau of Land Management in western Fremont County, CO (See Vicinity and Project maps). Average road grade is 7% slope. If necessary, new steel cattle guards, steel wings, and culverts will be furnished by the government and available for pickup in Canon City, CO. The solicitation shall be set aside for Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 237310, (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction), size standard is $45 million.
