BLM-CO Little Snake Field Office (LSFO) Janitorial Services- AMEND 1 The purpose of this amendment is to inform the SOW includes square footage of a warehouse and trailer which will be demolished in the next year or so. At that time, the contract will be de-scoped and negotiated for a lower price. See SOW Appendix A pages 12-13 for approximate square footage of each building. These are approximate and you should satisfy yourself on the amount of work required prior to bidding. Please acknowledge by signing the SF30 Amendment form and returning with your proposal package.
