BLM San Luis Valley has a need for continued development of interpretive signs and site designs consistent with other completed projects on the Field Office using the same contractor. Numerous other projects are planned for the future as funding becomes available or other considerations or requirements are satisfied, such as NEPA compliance. A Blanket Purchase Agreement will be issued for this requirement. To received the Blanket Purchase Agreement the Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) by submission of bid/proposal as required according to FAR Clause 52.204-7. There will be time for questions: From 03/06/2023 - 03/16/2023, no questions after this date. An amendment will be released with all answers for all Vendors to see.
