BLM-CO DUMP TRAILER This is combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, BLM-CO requires a Dump Trailer at the Grand Junction Field Office in accordance with Attachment 1 SOW. Specifications: -Load capacity GVWR 12,000LB-16,000LB -Must have 2 axles each axle must have electric brakes and minimum of7000LB rating -Suspension leaf spring rating appropriate for trailer GVWR -Frame must be bumper pull and I beam construction -Deck width between 80 - 84 inches -Deck length between 13-16 feet -Dump sides between height 18-24 inches -Dump angle minimum of 40 degrees + - 2 degrees -Dump bed cargo capacity 5.5 - 7 cubic yards. -Color no preference -Gate must be split -Must include Spare tire/rim and spare tire mount. -Loading ramps must be stowable in frame and or below bed. -Rim/wheels combination steel R16 inches -Dump hydraulics 12-volt electric must have power up and power down feature. -Must include tongue jack capable of lifting combined trailer and load. -Must meet DOT specifications for highway use. -Must include Mesh dump tarp roller kit installed.
