BLM-CO Paleontological Excavation This is combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, BLM-CO requires a Paleontological Excavation of a Vertebrate in White River Field Office in accordance with Attachment 1 SOW. Note: This solicitation includes an unfunded option line for a full excavation of the resource to be exercised next year. If the unknowns of this line make it too difficult or risky to provide a firm fixed price, we will consider and possibly accept an offer without that line priced. In that case, the excavation will be recompeted next year on a new solicitation if required and funding is available.
