BLM-CO FIBERGLASS STOCK AND STORAGE TANKS-Amend 2 The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions and extend the offers due date. See Attachment 3. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products for supplying and delivery of Fiberglass Stock and Storage Tanks described in attachment 1. The tanks will be used to stock and store livestock for the White River Field Office. FIBERGLASS STOCK AND STORAGE TANKS BLM SPECIFICATION: * 12 Round 10' x 2' diameter stock tanks with integrated bird ramp. * 12 Oblong 3' x 11' x 2' fiberglass stock tanks. * 1 Above ground storage tank 12' diameter by 11' tall that will hold approximately ~9500 gallons of water. * 3 Above ground storage tanks 12' diameter by 6' tall that hold approximately 5,000 gallons of water. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day after delivery 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 326199 - Size Std: 750 6. Basis of Award: LPTA 7. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote: 1. Filled out, priced and signed SF1449 2. Technical Response showing how your offer meets or exceeds all specifications 3. Pricing must include shipping and delivery built into price of tanks.
